I started in tech in 2012 at a small company. I was good at solving problems and eventually decided I wanted to do it on my own terms. So I saved $50K, quit my job, and started DPI.

I had no idea how to run a business. I had a wife, two young kids, and no fallback plan. The first few years were brutal — long hours, less money than my old job, and more than a few moments where I almost walked away. I didn't, because I believed the industry needed someone willing to do this right.

Slowly it clicked. The right clients, the right team, the right process. We stopped just fixing problems and started preventing them.

Over a decade in, we've built something I'm genuinely proud of — a company that treats small businesses with the same rigor and honesty that enterprise clients pay hundreds of thousands for. That's still the mission.
